The Gdynia Rhythmic Stars is a rhythmic gymnastics tournament approved by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). 34 junior gymnasts and 18 seniors from 14 countries (Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Israel, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, Ukraine, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Poland) will take part in the tournament. There will also be three teams in the group competition: Azerbaijan, Slovakia and Poland.

The Baltic Junior Cup will be held at the same time with 112 gymnasts aged 9 to 14.

STARS
Besides the tournament shows, the audience will also have a chance to see a joint show prepared by rhythmic gymnastics champions – Milena Baldassarri (6th at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics) and Sofia Raffaeli (gold medallist at the FIG World Cup Athens 2022).

ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

Besides the tournament shows, a special play zone awaits for the fans. Gymnastics and sports workshops will be held in the play zone, introducing children to the wonderful world of gymnastics. Kids will have the unique opportunity to try many rythmic gym tools, such as colorful ribbons, rings, balls, clubs or ropes. The organisers have also planned competitions, prizes signed by the stars, free popcorn and other activities and games for kids.

The event is free of charge. All the residents of Gdynia and tourists visiting the city, who enjoy sporting events, are welcome to come and experience top level rhythmic gymnastics. Don’t worry if you can’t make it though – there will be a broadcast that can be watched here.
